Week Two Reflection
This week, I have realized how important it is to learn how to conduct action research and how imperative it is for educational leaders’ professional development. Action research gives educators a voice in what they do and say, helps them make better decisions, encourages collaboration among peers, and provides a rich source of data. It also reduces the gap between theory and practice. If we as educators want to increase student achievement, we have to incorporate administrative inquiry into our profession on a regular basis to create immediate changes in our educational practices.
